Property was easy to get to and well decorated. It had sufficient number of beds for our needs. The security and parking was great. Instructions to get to the property were clear albeit a bit complicated. I also left my stuff at the property on checkout and the host helped to retrieve it which I appreciated.

Unfortunately, the apartment was really dirty when we arrived. The floor was not properly swept and there were piles of dirt lying around. There were ants in various places in the kitchen, food was leftover in the fridge and the dustbins were not emptied. We even found used sanitary pads in one of the bathroom bins. One of the bathrooms also had no working lights and one of the doors to this bathroom could not be properly opened. The pillows provided were way too soft as well. As these issues were troubling, I called the management shortly after we checked in at 9plus pm to ask if they could at least get the door or the light fixed. However, they were unable to do so. They did though offer to clean the apartment at 10.51 pm which I declined as it was too late by that time. I also separately asked for a compensation (in 3 separate messages) as our stay was very disappointing. Four days after we checked out, they finally offered us a free one night stay as compensation for a future stay. However, it is highly unlikely that we will ever return to this space again given the overall dismal experience. They also collected a SGD$100 deposit before the stay and was supposed to return it within 48hours after checkout. However, I had to remind them to return the deposit which they did so >60hours after my checkout.

For various types of accommodation, I suggest that images of statues or pictures do not need to be used as ornaments

Spacious

Access card didn't work in some of the lift/elevator especially when we want to go to G from P1 parking. Another one is, the furniture in the apartment seems to be a bit outdated/not in good condition/ have wear and tear. But we don't mind as we did not use them much. It just doesn't look that nice.
