1 Bed Prestwich Duplex Free Parking

Great location, only a few minutes walk from the tram stop and with a busy high street with lots of restaurants (but book ahead!). Shops a very short walk away, so stocking up with breakfast things was very easy. The flat had all the facilities you could want, although it would be a challenge for people with mobility issues due to the spiral staircase.

The property is really nice and cosy and so many things are provided with it. The area is really nice and close to transport links.

Wifi could become really slow. TV was then often slow too because of it. Dishwasher didn’t clean the dishes properly 2/3 of the time, no matter what setting it was on and what locations you put the dishes in. Also it was filthy at the bottom and clearly hadn’t been deep cleaned in ages (until I did it). Neighbours are a little noisy at times. Really poor communication from the hosts. I raised a low priority ticket at the beginning of my stay that they never responded to. Took them multiple working days to respond to questions after saying they’ll look into them, and I had to chase pretty much every time. One weekend I asked a question, which was responded to during the week with “sorry I wasn’t working this weekend” which isn’t a problem except I was still living in the property at the weekends and it didn’t feel like there was an arrangement in place for someone to look after any issues at the property during weekends. It gave me very little faith that if I’d had an emergency outside of business hours it would’ve been dealt with in good time

The apt was so nice could.not fault it one bit.loved the whole theme/aesthetic. All the little touches really made this stand out from the rest.well stocked coffee tea and milk. Would definitely use again.

The parking can be quiet tricky

Fantastic Location within Prestwich (Manchester) Close to Motorway Network and Super easy to get in and out on the Ring Road, Super Friendly Hosts Steph and Matt were Amazing and always there and ready to assist you in anything you may ever need, the Home was full of Angelic charm A true Oasis of Peace and It gave an impression of John Lewis and Partners Finish Superbly well decorated With branded Kitchen equipment throughout I loved the personal touches like Complimentary Fine wine and Cookies as well as the design of the property was a true highlight. It was truly amazing stay, Bed was super comfy and memory foam mattress in the King size bed was of exceptional quality never found in any other place I stayed in Britain Period. Velux windows in the Master bedroom was the creative touch (Imagine sleeping under the Stars) I also loved the Steampunk style bathroom Rain Shower. Will recommend to all of my friends and well worth the money it is a true steal of a deal.

We had a wonderful time staying here. The cozy and quirky decor added so much charm to the space. The thoughtful touches, like the complimentary wine and biscuits, made us feel very welcome.

The apartment is beautiful, clean, cosy, and near to major stores. The interior concept is amazing and one might be lucky to find a lovely bottle of wine on arrival saying 'welcome'.

We thought the bed in the bedroom was very comfy.

The bathroom floor was soaking when we got there. It became wet again on the second day and although we complained to the owner, nobody was sent out to look at it. My husband said the pipes below the bath must have been leaking but as it was right next the toilet it was a pretty grim experience. It was deeply unpleasant to arrive late at night with a sodden floor. Plus, we had indicated when we booked on booking.com that there were 5 of us including a toddler, so we needed the sofa bed and a cot to be made up (as was offered as available on the web page). We arrived very late with 3 young children and no cot and no sofa bed had been set up. This caused massive problems with our sleeping arrangements and our 1 year old did not fall asleep for hours as a result of not being in a cot, so none of us got any sleep on that first night. The owners said they/someone would attend the next day to check out the bathroom/ set up the cot so I messaged them to tell them what time we would be leaving for the day and asked them to set up the cot and sofa bed. Of course, we returned at 10pm that night and neither had been set up, despite our complaints and request for this to happen! I also run airbnbs in this country and in Spain, and if I were this poorly responsive I would simply not be able to rent my places out.

The house is soo well done, with all the facilities needed to feel at home. M&S and Tesco extra are walking distance which makes it very easy for self catering stay. Loved the personal touches here and there like cookies, wine and cooking essentials. Will definitely visit here again!
