"Perfect hideaway"

Absolutely perfect out-of-the-way spot for some R&R, the barn flat is clean, comfortable and Alice, our host, was great. Sherborne, closest town, is beautiful, found a lovely Italian restaurant for dinner and several welcoming pubs.

Lovely place to stay to relax and unwind. Amazing views even on a rainy day watching the clouds roll in. Cosy, quiet, comfortable and clean. Alice is a super host, friendly, welcoming and makes an amazing homemade loaf.

"Lovely holiday hideaway for 2"

Alice is friendly & helpful, & quick to respond to queries. The location is amazing - such views! Well-equipped kitchen. For breakfast, a lovely loaf of home-made bread; milk, butter, mini pots of marmalade, jam & honey; ground coffee; packets of cereal & muesli/granola. Very comfortably furnished. Would definitely stay there again.

No shower curtain or enclosure, so even being really careful, the bathroom floor still gets rather flooded.

"great property in beautiful location"

location, finish and cleanliness

this isn’t a negative of the property, rather a general observation. As an EV driver Dorset isn’t great for charging infrastructure so it would be a definite selling point to have an EV home charging point available (at additional cost)
