ينقصها بعض الادوات الهامة للسكن مثل الميكرويف ومنشر غسيل نظراً لوجود غسالة ملابس كذلك لايوجد مرآة كبيرة في غرفة النوم .

Como gölünün dibinde tertemiz bir daire. Aile olarak konakladık çok memnun kaldık. Turistik alanların tamamına yürüyerek ulaşmak mümkün ve ev sahibi her türlü sorunuza samimiyetle cevap veriyor. Çok iyiydi.

The apartment was clean, cozy, and super refreshing - the indoor temperature was absolutely perfect, even a bit cool despite the 33°C heat outside, which felt amazing. It was a great place to relax after a hot day. The host was kind and friendly, making the whole experience even more pleasant.

There wasn’t much to dislike, but if I had to mention something, it would be the bathroom products – it would’ve been great to have a bit more shampoo, as there wasn’t really enough for two people to wash their hair even once 😅

Fantastic. The apartment was in a great building which felt very secure. Inside was clean and the finishings were to a high standard. We were provided dishwasher tablets/laundry detergents for our use along with toiletries and a bottle of prosecco! Our hosts were very flexible and offered us an earlier check in time with continuous communication the day of our arrival. Also greeting us at the property to help us work out the safety codes (which helped make us feel at ease). The apartment is located in the centre of Como, a stone throws away from the lake, waterside restaurants and public transportation. We would gladly book again. Thank you!

It was modern, clean and excellent location

Fantastic location - reachable from the Como main train station by taxi or bus and right next to Como Lago train station. Right next to the bus station from where you can reach many Lake Como towns, including Menaggio and Bellagio. A few minutes walk to the ferry pier from where you can explore the lake and towns easily. Amazing and modern apartment - comfortable bed and sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker/kettle, big fridge/freezer, and dishes/cutlery. They even had supplies for cleaning (dishwasher tabs, liquid) and some spices (salt, pepper, olive oil), this was really helpful. Wifi worked very well, too. With the windows closed, you don't hear much of the noise despite its central location. Shower with good water pressure/hot water, we very much liked the soap/lotions provided! Communication with the host was very smooth, and they even kept a welcome prosecco, which was a warm touch!!

Not really any big negatives, just a few things that could be improved to make it even more wonderful - a small rack near the shower would be helpful to keep toiletries, a couple of additional tissue rolls is always nice (instead of us to ask or buy). For someone who needs a very cooler (<23C) air conditioning inside the apartment, especially in summer, it isn't ideal. Because the AC is regulated by them centrally and you can't do much (apart from contacting them to find if it's possible to decrease the temperature).

It was the best accomodation during all our journey. Great location- just in a city center. Good windows protect from all the noise from outside. Very modern, clean and warm. Beds are very comfy It has everything needed for cooking. A nice supermarket just on the corner. Can highly recommend this accomodation.
