Awesome Views and cleanliness of property

We were visiting family in the area for a day and we rented unit B3 for one night, 4 people: 2 adults and 2 teens (1 bedroom with a pull out couch and 1 bathroom). It was a modern unit, very clean, had a large spacious balcony and another small balcony off of the bedroom, central air, all window screens are automated as are the sun protectors outside, plus the bathroom was a nice size. The kitchen is tiny as is the fridge (it's a mini fridge) but it was fine for what we needed. We used the sandwich maker and made breakfast (had to watch a YouTube video to figure out the Davoline digital stovetop). There's a small supermarket a 2 minute walk away. It's a really busy street though with no sidewalks so you just need to be really careful.

One downside is that the water in the unit was not potable (drinkable). Also, from the photos, I thought that we had booked a seaview apartment but our unit was on the back-side of the building. Finally, there's not much of a beach across the street from what we could tell (it was a wavy day) but there's a decent beach a 2 minute drive down the road with sunbeds available with drink or food purchases, just in front of the restaurant Kouzina Meze. That's where we ended up swimming. I was hopeful that we could just walk and swim across from the building but that wasn't the case.

The apartment was huge and accommodated 4 people comfortably. We felt like we had our own apartment complete with a full kitchen, living room (with smart TV) and patio (with dining area). Bathrooms were large and clean. This property was wonderful. Our room was right on the beach. We enjoyed watching the waves while sitting on the couch watching Netflix. The owners were impeccable and so professional. A true gem.

Amazing view from the balcony, perfect location.

The property was perfect. Stunning apartment. Great amenities. Everything was thoughtfully put together. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable and the location was great. We would definitely stay at La Mer Bleue again.

My only feedback is that it would have been a huge bonus to have onsite laundry and a cleaning service option as we were there for 6 days.
