Das Frühstück sowie auch das Abendessen waren sehr lecker. Die Speisen waren alle frisch und wurden auch immer nachgefüllt. Es ließ keine Wünsche offen.

Mein Bett war sehr schmal und ich habe einen Spiegel im Zimmer vermisst.

The location was key, since the hotel was in walking distance of the old town and the main beach, but it was secluded so it didn’t get the crowds that the other hotels had.

The rooms didn’t have some of the necessities you would consider basic for a luxury hotel. The air conditioning didn’t work in one of our rooms, and the thermostats were locked to prevent guests from turning it down. The hotel only provided two towels per room for bathing per day, and they only allowed one towel per person/per day for the pool or the beach. The rooms didn’t have espresso coffee machines, and when I asked about it, since I saw it in another room, the staff said that these coffee machines were reserved for V level rooms. We booked two upgraded expensive suites at the hotel, in addition to another room, and a coffee maker came standard at the other hotels we stayed in throughout Croatia. The employees at the front desk were very helpful, but they were limited in what they could do to make our stay better. The employees at the restaurant or bar were helpful depending on the employee - some would ignore your table and wait for another server to attend to you.
