Carrying luggage up and down the stairs to the 4th floor upon arrival and departure was difficult. On the first day after arriving, I caught 5 mosquitoes in the bedroom. The windows were closed, so where did these mosquitoes come from?

The view was incredible, and the apartment was very quiet. It was clean and well-equipped, with plenty of products available to keep it tidy during the stay. Nicholas was very responsive and always replied quickly.
The bathroom needs to be updated. When flushing the toilet, it leaks, which meant we needed to dry the floor quite often. The bed was not the most comfortable, and the bedroom felt cool and humid, so we used the air conditioning often to maintain a comfortable temperature. The building entrance was a little less inviting than expected, and the lighting was somewhat limited, mainly on the ground floor and near the apartment.
