Courtyard by Marriott San Antonio Riverwalk

Didn't eat breakfast but love the location we was in

I didn't like how they text your room for each night that you stay there and don't tell you until you check out

I love the fact that this property was close to everything and walking distance. There was always scooters for us to ride if we did not want to take a Uber or walk to our designated spot sitting right outside of this hotel.

I didn’t like the fact that the carport area was so small and compact kinda of a tough squeeze and we had to park on the main street to check in.

Clean

The staff gave our employee a hard time about not being on the reservation with his name and that the booking confirmation being useless to them. Employee was exhausted and took about 1 hr to get it cleared up! Reluctant about using booking app when maybe we should be getting hotels directly to avoid this issue

Staff was exceptional, friendly and courteous, professional above all.

I don't have a complaint

easy access to riverwalk. Easy check in and out. clean room.

bed a little too hard for me but my husband liked it.
