Two-Bedroom Apartment with River Views

Spacious apartment with balcony within a decent neighbourhood.

Although within walking distance, the address given was different from the apartment address, or perhaps I was confused. Also fee included a £90 for cleaning, thought this is exaggerated.

Property location and area good.

This property management completely hypocrite . I booked 1st February 2024. The amount was £1257.74 pounds. You ensured me your apartment is very good & will provide me very good service . I and my family check-in 10th February 2024 on time . After we check-in then we see in this apartment have no hot water at all & instantly I called your staff to solved hot water problem but no one solved it . My family came from Canada for vacation I Informed your management team that my family did 10 hours air plain journey but no one took shower because of hot water issue . Suddenly 11 pm hot water came just for 5/6 minutes then go to washroom for shawer and when I start shawer suddenly again hot water stop and I was middle of my shawer as a result I took shawer complete very cold water . As a result I fallen sick that night . We did not expected and we all of fully disappointed. I was sick with fever ,flue , cough,headache .morning /day so many time I called and text property management for solve hot water issue, then management sent a staff to flat to look after on it but Thats staff looked he said us he can't find out why hot water not coming . At that thing he also saw that I was so much sick & I was talking with my GP doctor for medicine & he was apologised for there inconvenience. 11th February full day /night also no hot water at all. We called them several time to solved hot water issue . But they ignored . On the other side , I am so much sick and also my full family members also fallen sick because of using cold water & since 3 days they could not take shower . Then 12th February also we called and text your management for solve hot water issues. They also ignored it . 13th of February they send one technician he was looked every to find out the problem but technician also failure to find out the problem . And then he left . As a result 13th February full day night not hot water at all in the flat .

The apartment is very comfortable and all possible equipment is available. Not just a big living room and 2 bedrooms but 2 batrhrooms as well. The l;ocation is perfect as the apartment is located within 100 meters from the DLR and alternative public transportations. A supermarket around the corner. The owner is friendly and available for questions anytime. Whenever I get back to London I will make sure to rent this accomodation again.
