Beautiful newly renovated flat in Orpington

Beautiful apartment that was a delight to return to after hard work at being tourists.

Karen & Bobby are great hosts, very welcoming and helpful. Nothing is too much for them. We loved our stay, the property is decorated and furnished too a high standard and felt very homley and relaxing. The little extras ,the treat box and milk in the fridge go along way to say ,we care about our guests. Will definitely book again.

I would replace the washing machine with a dishwasher

It was super clean, we’ve had privacy, bed was very comfortable, great communication with the owners, nice walks around and super market very close by

The location was ideal and the flat was adjacent to a lovely home. Instruction to gain access could not have been easier. The flat was beautifully furnished and there were some lovely touches - snacks, shower gel/shampoo and a box of "in case you forgot" items. The hosts could not have been nicer or more helpful.

The host is very enthusiastic and patient. The room is clean and well-equipped. The location is very close to the bus and train stations, about a 3-5 minute walk. In short, it was a very pleasant stay, and I will come again if I have the chance.
