The location and balcony views were amazing, beds are very comfortable, kitchen is lovely, good shower. The owners were fantastic and let us check in at 2pm as per booking.com, they have asked booking.com to change the check in time to 4pm but they let us check in early which was very appreciated.

Sticky tape on the wall where photos had once been, a bit of ware and tear, balcony's could of done with a sweep and mop but I did ask for an early check in so I'm assuming this would of normally been done. One thing that was bad was the Wi-Fi, very weak signal, but again we were out most of the time so this was only a problem on a night

"Whitby lovely. Apartment disappoints other than view from small balcony."

Location. Parking arrangements with scratch cards.

Wifi poor. Stairs unsafe (short treads, loose carpets). Low ceilings, bumped head numerous times. Balcony very small. Broken picture frame glass on carpet. Cleaners supposed to come sort out, never did.

"Lovely well designed apartment, good location great view"

The modern design and the layout of the apartment. The kitchen was designed well with everything that you could want.

The fact no lift and the amount of steps to climb to get everything from the car to the apartment more than one trip needed. Mattress was too soft and could do with changing.

The views were fantastic. Proximity to town, shops and restaurants excellent.

Nothing all great even got used to the stairs!
