It's a great location, once you find it. Close to rail station and downtown. Apartment would be adequate for 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

We were provided the code to a lockbox, but once we arrived at the location, there were 6 lockboxes with no indication of which one we should use. We tried all, but the code we were given was incorrect. We finally got the right code, but no keys. By chance, someone was in the apartment and let us in. We went out and when we came back, keys to apartment wouldn't work. After many texts back and forth, we got the door open. This issue with the door happened every time, and when it did, you couldn't open it from the inside either. Apparently, the city tax went up in April, but this was not communicated to us until we arrived, so had to pay more than originally quoted. . The apartment, being so central, was noisy, for those of us light sleepers. We had an early morning flight and all of us had issues with banging doors inside and street noise. Having traveled extensively, we found this apartment was barren, underdecorated, no instructions for appliances, sparsely outfitted. There was only 2 wine glasses! Barely any dishes. Nothing to make it feel homey or welcoming. Most places we've been will leave a bottle of wine, or have snacks in the fridge--something! Here, nothing. It should be noted that despite everything, the owner was quick to respond to our concerns. I might add, this is the very first time I have written a disparaging review, but unfortunately, we were truly disappointed 😞.

The location was excellent, right across the street from the train station. Unfortunately I took the wrong exit, but when I called, someone came to the apartment and, when I finally realized I needed to go to level -1 in the station to get to the other side, nicely explained to me how to access the apartment. There is a very good restaurant in the plaza (2 Agosto) just outside the apartment as well as a book store. There was a full kitchen, good wi-fi, and a comfortable bed.

My only problem was my own fault in failing to exit the station correctly (go to level -1!) and the staff did a very good job orienting me when I checked in.
