Safety and security on the overall establishment is top notch. 10/10

Poor service. Washing machine wasn't properly installed so I could not use it and it was fixed the day I was checking out even after reporting on my check in day yet it was the core thing I was looking for in my choice of booking. It was reported on booking.com that I did not check into the property, yet I had checked in and paid in full and that made me feel safety and integrity of my apartment was compromised. They do not offer late check out services unless you pay for a whole night.

The place is nice and safe, the staff are friendly and the amenities are good.

They charge you extra if you pay with a credit card

Got the keys after over 30 minutes of reaching the property.

I was denied access into my room by the hotel receptionist for no apparent reason
