Extremely central Quartermile apartment near Castle and University

I had a very poor experience at this property in Edinburgh. On arrival with my 5-year-old son and my 65-year-old father, we were left standing outside for over an hour with no proper help. When I rang, the host spoke rudely and even said, “I don’t want a customer like you, your money will be refunded,” before hanging up. No one turned up to let us in, so I had no choice but to book another hotel at the Hampton Hilton at the last minute, which cost me extra and caused a lot of stress for my family. After travelling all the way here, this was extremely disappointing and completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The staff were so rude. Unnecessarily misbehaved and shouted at me for asking a simple question. Had to wait outside for a long while for the same guy to handover the keys to me. I have never experienced such a rude interaction with anyone and was speechless in this conversation. First day of our stay, someone from their staff came in without notice to pick up cleaning materials. He just came inside assuming no one was there to unlock it for him.

Era muy nuevo y estaba todo muy limpio. Buena ubicación. No es extremadamente céntrico, como dice, pero está ok.

Quiet and central with everything we needed

Only 3 cups, spoons, knives etc when the apartment is for 4

Great location, all the amenities needed, modern and clean unit. Communication was quick and good with the contact.

The beds were advertised as queen in the listing, but the 2 bedrooms each had double beds so smaller than expected.

Spacious, bright apartment. Nice big windows. Modern appliances. Comfortable furniture. Very close to many restaurants, the Meadows. Walking distance to Edinburgh Castle, Royal Mile, etc. I liked having QR codes to quickly connect to the wifi and access their very informative Welcome document.

This is minor, but they could have a few more pots and pans and additional cutlery.

Amazing location near beautiful park and 10 min walk to the city center. Spacious apartment where 5 persons can stay comfortably. Just one thing, that it would be good to have possibility to take the keys later than 10 pm in case you are having a late flight. But all in all, we had a great experience.
