On arrival there was no hot water and no geyser available for bathing. Reception staff simply agreed could not arrange. Same there was no wi fi Manager could not provide password for connecting wi fi. Only 2 half litre bottles provided for two persons, when requested for atleast 1 little your staff refused & was rood and said it is hotel policy. Also when requested for additional blanket for second pax, he provided relentedly. It was unprofessional for up and coming up hotel like yours.. So finally our experience was average.
