"I never get to stay he never answers my calls!"

The property manager ” Zddine“is so unprofessional I reserve the apartment the next day he kept sending me a message if I would stay alone or I have company. Another massage saying I should send him my passport before even the check in time however the next day I replied to him that I am staying alone then he told me that I am not allowed to have female guest based on the Moroccan law, which I respect and I agin explained to him I am staying alone so he asked me if I would cancel my reservation because of the law and I said no by this time the check in time is due when I tried to check in he told me the apartment not ready and it needs at least 3 to 4 hours cleaning after that he never answered my calls or replied to my to my messages, worst experience ever and the booking customer service was not helpful at all. I explained the situation to them and they told me I need to wait 48 hours for the property manager response, even though our chat was over the booking app so everything was clear for them to see that the the manager was trying to make me cancel for no reason except that the apartment is not available and I waited under the Sun seven hours with no response from the manager or the booking customer service!

The property building from outside looks really terrible and unclean
