The staff and the room. The bed is like heaven

We stayed in room Gabriel. Very pretty room but we could hear the people at the reception which was annoying when we were trying to sleep.

Отличный отель, новый, стильный, шикарный ресторан на воздухе, прекрасные завтраки, персонал-вообще выше всяких похвал!!! Помогают с решением любого вопроса. Отличная уборка, выдают полотенца для моря и воду с собой каждый день.

Маленький номер, не хватало шкафов для вещей и у кровати тумбочка только с одной стороны. Негде посушить купальники

The staff, they were so welcoming and caring. The room was perfect and had everything we needed

There are not a lot of dining options in the immediate area but as a result it is lovely and quiet and if you have a rental you can easily park which is a bonus. Really not a problem as you can eat at the property, take a walk or taxi

Absolutamente todo perfecto, de los mejores hoteles que estuve nunca. El personal es muy agradable y te ayuda en todo momento, si vuelvo a Creta me quedaré aquí. La habitación con jacuzzi es alucinante !

Everything. The highlight though was how friendly all of the staff were. Especially Anna. Genuine people who went out of their way to ensure we both had an amazing holiday
