It's an ideal location and percilla was really helpful, really great host, went above and beyond and answered really quickly, it had everything you need and is home from home, the beds are really comfy, will definitely book again if in Scarborough

Only thing was the sofa was a bit hairy but it is dog friendly so this can be expected, other than that it was really spotless

Everything was perfect.

Very modern apartment that had all the conveniences you would... even an air fryer, though I think a microwave would have been more useful. Generous items left for us too by Priscilla which was nice. The location is pretty good being close to town and the beach. Warning though that this is not an accessible property with many steps.

Everything was lovely and I am struggling to be critical, and my wife tells me that I am not generous with praise!

Lovely flat within easy walking distance to the beach and town centre. Priscilla was a great host, providing us with all the information we needed regarding check in and check out, including a detailed information pack. The flat had all the facilities you need, and the treats left for us were a really thoughtful gesture and very much appreciated. Would highly recommend.

It was a lovely presented apartment with everything we needed! Treats on arrival and the apartment is lovely and warm and cozy. Bed was so comfortable. Location was fantastic and we could walk on to the sea front in no time! Kitchen was stocked with essentials for tea and coffee. It was a great base for our weekend away to explore Scarborough, Whitby and Robin Hoods Bay.

The host was very attentive and polite during messages. We were left a welcome pack which was very nice and thoughtful, thank you very much! This was much appreciated. Location was great and parking permits were provided dogs were welcome at no extra cost - all of which much appreciated. Facilities good, tv, dvds and Netflix etc. Kitchen has been stocked well with pans and utensils. price was reasonable.

The overall uncleanliness of the property, really ruined our stay. The place needs a thorough deep clean. This has not been done in a while. First day, I had to get the hoover out and hoover everywhere (this has not been done prior to us arriving) some of the areas had not been pulled out and cleaned. Behind the beds had sweetcorn, thick dust and cobwebs. There were loads of big long dog hairs everywhere. Games in front room have spiders on, these need a dust. The skirting boards are dirty and need a good bleaching, everything could do with an industrial cleaner to pull it all out and hoover; mop and bleach. I have never stayed anywhere before where I thought I need to clean before I’m willing to walk on the floor with socks on. The bed sheets have marks on - these need replacing The toilet brush was dirty- this needs replacing The blinds need replacing (broken ones) and ok ones need a clean The curtain in front room is broken - needs a new one Table mats (stained) - need replacing Key safe - hard to use. Timed usage makes it extremely hard to work. Stairs to and from property not ideal to elderly people. I am 28 and able bodied and found it difficult/dangerous to get down with my bags. The place is very cold and could do with the heat on more- timer made the place really cold at night - I had to sleep in my coat.

Well organised flat lovely welcome pack. Even had treats for our dog.Parking permit available clear instructions. Short walk to town and the beach. Fantastic dog friendly beach. Lovely beaches.

Nothing really all was good. You had to be careful on the steps outside and in the garden down to Valley road especially when wet. Scarborough is hilly so expect steps
