Comfortable bed and very spacious apartment. Good location to visit the city. Very good communication about arrival etc, with video feed to make it even more clear. Well furnished.

Because of the many guests in the premises we didn’t have hot water in the shower the last evening. No fun when it’s that cold to take a cold shower. Patricja was very helpful to contact people to help solve it, but there was no solution because it was about the central heating system for the entire site. The morning after is was ok again.

"The best experience we’ve been having so far!"

The property was in excellent and very clean condition. There’s a lift in the building so we didn’t need to carry our luggage to our room, I think it’s absolutely a plus for a family stay. The host was very welcoming and responsive, they provided all the facilities we need. The closet was beautiful and large, which we could keep all the belongings neatly and handy. The bonus was the Netflix app that we could login to watch our favourite shows at night. The location was quiet and safe. We enjoyed our stay very much and hope to be back in the future.

אהבנו הכל , פטריסיה הייתה זמינה לכל שאלה, הדירה מדהימה, הכל נקי לא חסר כלום.המיקום מעולה 5 דק מהעיר העתיקה ,כמה דק מהקניון.

Апартаменти були чудові. Чисто, тепло і все що нам було потрібно ми знайшли в помешканні. Пані Патріція швидко відповідала на всі поставлені питання. Житло знаходиться дуже близько до Галереї і вокзалу. Впевнена, що ще не раз зупинимося в пані Патріції.

Нажаль, не змогли включити ручний душ, тому коли починає литися холодна вода, не дуже приємно. І ще, хотілося б мати якусь швабру, щоб прибрати воду після прийняття душу, так як вона залишається стояти і довго не висихає. А також не вдалося включити телевізор. Але то як дрібниці.
