"Because of staff, especially restaurant was extremely satisfying"

Breakfast and stuff was impeccable Location because of drivers. Knowledge was great walking around especially having Calla spa and convenience store so close was great.

Facility after being a couple of times is slightly a little rundown water pressure and hot water needs a little attention upstairs. Pool dick area and poor flooring needs maintenance.

Location was good. While traveling with young girls I wanted to stay in a busy area to feel safe.

Pool tiles were broken. Lights were not bright. I got sick with the food. When I got hurt in the pool because of a broken tile none of the pool staff were there to help. They came a few minutes after my daughters asked for band-aid. The cut was sever and I was not the first person to get hurt. Breakfast was underwhelming. Staff understood what we were asking and prepared but buffet had 3 choices each day.

Great location to seminyak square and all the major restaurants.

The pool was not deep enough, and the food was pretty average. Drinks and happy hour were the best bit.
