"Never go there with family. I had to book a different hotel locally in next day."

Nothing except it's near the beach walkable distance. But with family never book this hotel. It's a scam. They will give some other hotel pictures and actually it's totally different. It's not safe also. They kept me in ground floor telling that top floor guys didn't vacated the room yet. And. Later they will stop responding....no cooking arrangement.

Not clean. They fraud me giving different hotel pictures...no view. Also very unsafe during night time. They are cheating people. But this is very sad that housing dot com is not verifying the properties at all. They should take strict action against them.
