The time we were leaving that horrendous nightmare.

Simply everything. - The time we arrive there were no one at the reception, we picked up the house key on a locker. - We went for another 2kms to arrive to the home, which was really far from the reception point. - Then the key almost did not open the fence, we were more than 10 mins trying to open it. - After that we climbed the stairs for 2 floors with our suitcases untill we saw that the room key was not working. No chance. We called the reception and obviously, no answer. - We slept at the breakfast room on the floor, because there were no other option. - At the next morning workers looked like so embarrased about the situation, they claimed that the place was going to refund us. - One month after that incredible situation and many messages from us to the reception without an answer, they finally blocked us on social media and, obviusly again, we saw not a single euro as a refund. The very worst hotel and experience ever in our life. Avoid it. Not a good place, not a good service, not good people.

I liked the location of the place its very nice close to the sea close to the area there are a lot of location to eat and drink/

We had a big issue with the WiFi... since the first day I arrived I had informed them that there is an issue with the WiFi. 1)the wifi name that I had on the wall inside the room doesn't exist. I found the correct name for the WiFi from one of the other costumers. which still wasn't working even through it was doing the connection. anyways they told me they will send someone to check it. 2) next day in the morning I didn't saw anyone but I thought probably they will come later. As I returned in the afternoon to the apartment the internet still wasn't working I called them again and they said that the woman that comes in the morning said that the router was working so the wifi was okay. Nothing was okay. I told them that they can come and check my phones and see what's going on. They said that they will send again someone. No one called me and I didn't saw anyone else. 3) all the rest costumers that were staying also had an issue with the wifi. after that I just booked a room in another hotel as I couldn't work and that was a problem.

The decor was nice.

I was sent on a wild goose chase to find my room. The WhatsApp instructions were to pick up my room key from a lockbox in the city; which was for the beach room as advertised. When I arrived the keys didn't work, luckily my taxi driver helped translate with the hotel employee. The key given was to a hotel on the other side of the city. Making the taxi driver total time 1.5 hours of driving. When I finally arrived the room had twin beds autumins, when I booked a queen because I am a tall man. Also when I contacted them the next day, no one ever responded. It's now been 3days still no response.

Very bad experience ! Bad bedding, mediocre breakfast without butter , no answer from the staff, the bathtub no working, for the self check in it’s a very bad joke : the keys to be collected 2 km away in the middle of the night, 84 euros city tax not mentioned in the ad and finally a huge cockroach!!!! That’s really a lot!!!

Location was very good, but the parking was on the street and difficult to find. Breakfast was good though.

The cleanliness was very disappointing. Was just a mansard with very Stipp and narrow stairs, very dusty and dirty, the bathroom was from 1970's movies, the toilet was working selectively, the towels were very old and warned, the furniture was minimal and useless. The bathroom door could not be closed from inside and you need someone outside to close it for you. Location was very good, but the parking was on the street and difficult to find. Breakfast was good though. Need it to pick up the keys from the station and drive to the sleeping place.

I did like my room layout.

Unacceptable to drive 20 minutes to room from reception desk. This place is endangering travelers on more than one level. Staff did not care that rooms were not ready for hours after 3pm arrivals. I witnessed several couples having to walk around the “questionable” neighborhood waiting for the keys to their room. I was not even given the address of my room before being told I could take the bus, metro or taxi. To quote the staff “Head towards Rome, it’s only a few stops on the metro”. After being continuously dropped from getting a taxi, I was given a hard time for wanting to wait for a ride in their office instead of outside surrounded by a bar scene with eyeing men. I was appalled that I had to tell them I did not feel safe for them to let me stay inside. I waited so long it was dark and the plaza was going to be closing. The police doing laps in the plaza did not make me feel better about the neighborhood I was about to be stranded in. I can’t express how disturbing it was that the staff just did not seem to care at all about how any of us clients were feeling about having to “find out rooms” 20 minutes away. Very dangerous!!!
