"Clean, tucked away serviced apartment."

The apartment was clean, it had everything we needed like a kettle, microwave, fridge, WIFI. The WIFI speed was fast enough for 3 of us using laptops. The reception staff were nice, especially Sumitra and Tasha, who were very helpful with what we needed.

The beds weren’t entirely comfy, we could feel the springs but it didn’t affect our stay.

Nice and clean rooms, courteous staff. Nice pool

Breakfast options not great ( bread not toasted, no fruits/ juices) and service little slow, was quite expensive (year end)

We stayed 5 nights in this Apartment with family. We thoroughly satisfied with all the facilities. Rooms were very clear and beds were comfortable. Staff is amazing they were very supportive even they surprised me with birthday celebration. Breakfast was delicious. We wish we stayed couple of more days here. We definitely come back here.

Nothing about hotels. Oven in the kitchen would be helpful.

Location is on point,staff is very humble Specially Sumitra mam was to helpfully for us in each and every thing.... We got some special goodies from ALAYA STAYS. Parking was also provided in shadow area. All kitchen equipments were in working mode. Linens and towels were changed daily. *Once again Thanks to Sumitra Mam for needys*

The Swimming pool Filter was Not Working SoThat we Can't use pool for 4 Days Our Whole Trip Was Without Pool 🙂‍↕️ Hall AC Was not chilling at all they tred to fixed it but it didn't worked.... Please Alaya stays look into it.... It's to inconvenience for us..... Hope until next time it will be fixed....
