Sant'Antonino Luxury Suite

Posizione eccellente al cento di Sorrento - L'appartamento è molto bello e lo consiglio per chi volesse approfittare della Jacuzzi e della Sauna in camera compresa la doccia sensoriale che abbiamo molto apprezzato. Si entra sia dal Bar sottostante l'appartamento direttamente con ascensore oppure tramite una scala lato strada.

Suggerirei di aumentare la dotazione biancheria in camera in quanto mancavano i bidet e un solo asciugamano. I bicchieri dovrebbero avere l'etichetta sanificati e dovrebbero essere sigillati in quanto erano macchiati. La colazione non l'abbiamo potuta fare in quanto era chiuso il bar ( parliamo il primo dell'anno) però l'host è stato gentile ci ha offerto una bottiglia di vino ed un prosecco consumati in camera la sera prima quindi eccellente considerando che sorrento puoi fare colazione ovunque.

L’emplacement

Aucune personne ne s’occupe de nous. Petit déjeuner à partir de 10h sinon, plus tôt, dans un autre établissement, mais vraiment médiocre. Odeur d’humidité dans la chambre et jacuzzi qui fuit. 2 rouleaux de papier toilette pour 5 jours et aucun nettoyage de chambre ni changement de serviette pendant 5 jours.

Loved everything about the property. The location, perfect. The bed, so comfortable. The sauna, worked like a charm. Living above a cafe, so yummy and convenient.

Really disappointed with our experience here. We arrived to the suite completed infested with mosquitos and flies. The owner did nothing to help this situation, just suggested getting a racket. When we decided to vacate the property we were assured we would be refunded in full by booking.com, however the owner has since refused to refund our money. We subsequently had to pay to stay elsewhere as a last minute booking. The owner, Rafaelle (who also runs the downstairs cafe) was incredibly rude and dismissive throughout this experience. Avoid.

Properly is finished off lovely, looks amazing, very clean has everything you need. The jacuzzi and sauna are great. Bed is pretty comfy and all amenities are functional and good quality. Locations is good handy walking distance to the port and the train/bus station. Loads of nice restaurants nearby. We were very happy with the quality of the apartment. We had an issue with the jacuzzi on the first night but our host was great and addressed the problem very quickly and had a technician in to fix the issue the next day so it was fully functional by the time we got home from exploring.

Breakfast is a little inconvenient having to go to the bar downstairs to get it and the bar only opening from 10:00. One morning we were able to get the breakfast from the hotel down the street instead as the bar was closed this day - I think having breakfast here every morning would be a better option personally to allow guest to have breakfast earlier so if you want to get out exploring first thing you can.

The location was perfect, it put you in the center of Sorrento’s most popular shops and restaurants

The timing of the breakfast was way too late. On some mornings the Breakfast was not available until 10 or 10:30am.

The breakfast was exceptional. The couple who owns this room also owns a hotel down the street and breakfast is in that location until 10 am or available at the bar below the apartment after 10 am. The hotel breakfast was buffet and wonderful!
