Location and quietness. Nice furniture and space.

Too many stairs to get to the flat.

Quiet location but still not too far from Broadway. Walking distance to Parthenon.

Toaster wasn’t working and the door code didn’t always work right because something was broken in the door frame

I liked everything including location

Great location, Clean, bright and comfortable and it had a kettle!

Had a few issues with the heating that were sorted with an email quickly, A manual on site would have been helpful.

Location was good. Easy Lyft rides to Broadway of 2 miles. Area was safe and close to Centennial Park. Spacious unit with comfortable beds.

Plumbing issues. One toilet didn't flush properly and bathtub didn't drain. We didn't report until checkout day as we didn't want to deal with plumbers. Other bathroom worked ok other than lack of hot water at times.

Much more than expected for the price. It was great and had great views of Downtown Nashville. Good sized bedrooms.

The bed sat a little lower than I like .

it was a great location if you want to stay away from the chaos on Broadway. A quiet area however, there were plenty things walkable very close to Centennial Park, so it was a nice walk. And the other tenants were also very quiet. I would definitely rent again from here.
