Na duży plus lokalizacja - w sercu Górnego Miasta Bergamo. Ogólny klimat miejsca też na plus. Przed przyjazdem dostaliśmy szczegółową instrukcję wejścia

Nie było zbyt czysto, pościele w kanapie były zakurzone. Łóżko i kanapa strasznie skrzypiały przy każdym ruchu, trudno było przez to wypocząć. Lampa w łazience nie działała i zamiast niej była ustawiona mała lampka dająca bardzo słabe światło. Z ściany koło łóżka wystawały kable.

Naprawdę przyzwoity apartament w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji. Z przyjemnością wrócę do tego miejsca. Polecam!

Lack of electrical plugs, stairs for the attic bed were very steep and it is easy to bang your head against the ceiling.

The apartment was small but with high ceilings and a lot of stone walls and wood/beams which was nice. Great location right in the centre of Bergamo Alta, up stone stairs over a bakery/pizza restaurant, nice sheets fluffy towels and lots of them, great to have some English speaking channels on TV and have reasonable wifi. Great to have an electric kettle as I had my tea bags with me. A good price compared to other places but we had some difficulties. We were there 10 days and made the best of it and enjoyed ourselves and we slept well on the singles! We are retired couple so maybe more suitable for younger visitors.

Bed settee too big for space when pulled out for a double bed but we could not walk around it, could feel springs not comfortable and difficult to get out of as it leaned backwards We were a couple but had to fold it up as a single and use the other single upstairs which was just 6 inches off the floor and very very low beamed ceiling, I just about managed not to bang my head by keeping between the beams and I am short at 5 foot 2 inches! We had it 10 days so maybe people on a shorter stay would put up with it better. No air con just a barred window onto the roof - it was ok for us at 25deg but maybe not during Summer. Was a bit worried about overloaded electric sockets in the living/bedroom and especially in the kitchen with the electric hob, fridge, dishwasher, kettle all on one, possible fire hazard and no fire extinguisher or smoke alarm. No cleaning or sweeping brushes/vacuum in the apartment so had bread crumbs and broken glass on the floor for a long time. We contacted host and second time she got a cleaner to call but they did not clean up the glass on the bathroom floor and found out later a brush etc. was available outside up another stone stairs but there was no note in the apartment to state this or indeed a note about anything or how stuff worked in the apartment etc. Light in bathroom went and was in darkness (no window but good extractor fan) We never met the Host and she did not replace bulb but left a floor lamp plugged into the socket beside the sink which would not pass in Ireland for Health and Safety! and for lighting was no good for putting on make-up as only mirror in apartment. Some noise from the Church bells across the road(I liked them, hubby did not), also restaurant other side of the wall was a little noisy but only during the day. Worst was a bottle bank or something similar with crashing bottles going into them that made us jump each time.

Great location, easy after hours access, fans provided.

This apartment should have been a nice stay, but it was an incredibly annoying experience because we were a group of 3 who arrived late evening (11pm) when all the retail shops were closed, to discover that the apartment had no soap, no shampoo/shower gel (and only one toilet roll)! Could not even get properly clean after traveling for the entire day. This is tourist accommodation costing over 150 euro per night, and the property managers are so cheap they don't even provide the basics like soap??? I stay in Italy a lot, and this is the first time this has ever happened so it cannot be normal.
