"Abismal - we couldn’t stay there least of all with children"

This place was dreadful and shouldn’t be on booking.com

Rubble and electrics in the corridor - squalid conditions - aggressive owner without any room that could have accommodated the family - we couldn’t stay

First, as soon as I arrived they changed the price from 1387 to 1789 and I got an email about it too and they refused to explain anything further and said I only have option to loose 40% payment that I already made. It was easy to tell they were trying to levy more money as booking.com takes a portion from them. The room was reeking with cigarette smokes, the bed sheets were full of holes and smelly too, zero cleanliness was maintained for the room as well.

EVERYTHING. THE STAFF. THE ROOM. I am genuinely stunned a company like booking.com is accompanying such a hotel at their prestigious platform.

"Stay was very good"

The stay was very good. Hotel is same as shown online. Location and amenities are good. Near from Visa Consultant , Airport and Jio convention center.
