"Disastrous. In terms of location and cleanliness ..I didn't stay. Advance payment gone"

I booked the hotel from booking.com Within few minutes message came for advance payment to secure room. I paid the amount . Later I checked ratings and review. All very bad review. I visited property .It is encroachment property made on gutter/ sewer line . Sewage water from all mumbai passes beneath the hotel.

I request booking.com to send representative to check condition physically

We didn't have breakfast as we left hotel early in the morning. Talking about the location, it was awesome, near to airport

Prevent rain water from entering into the rooms which bothered us very much and provide buckets as well in washrooms.
