Everything we needed, super comfy bed, complimentary essentials, good wifi and tv and a lovely view. Very friendly and helpful hosts.

"Idyllic little spot, I would stay here again"

Very cozy self-contained studio apartment in a beautiful rural location. The apartment has everything you need. The hosts are super friendly, helpful, and eager to help you to enjoy your stay. The grounds extend back a long way and feature a lovely summer house overlooking a pond. There are many different types of trees and plants attracting butterflies. They also have chickens. From the balcony at the apartment you can enjoy great views over the countryside and I saw muntjac deer a few times. You can also spot several wild birds in the area - I was lucky enough to see a barn owl shortly after sunset one night. Although you are very much in the countryside the place is easy to find and the proximity to the A10 makes it easy to get around. I really enjoyed my stay here and would come back.

For me everything was great - but if you are a taller person you will want to be careful of the low ceilings (I'm only 5'4" so I didn't have a problem).

"Very near our family so would use again Lovely hosts"

The hosts were so friendly and helpful We were only staying one night so we weren’t there long and it’s winter and dark early but in the summer seeing wild life would be great It was a good location for us as it’s near our family

Alan and Theresa went out of their way to make this the most enjoyable stay. The accommodation was superb, basics in the fridge for the morning (bread, butter, milk) A beautiful setting, with beautiful hosts...thank you!

"A treat of a retreat!"

Very friendly and welcoming owners. Quiet rural location with a short easy drive into Ely. We enjoyed the fish pond and summerhouse in the grounds and spotting wildlife in the fields beyond. Also the quality furnishings and numerous unexpected extra touches which show the owners really care about their guests.

As this is an attic conversion there are some headroom compromises but these are obvious from the pictures. May be something to bear in mind if you are are very tall.
