海水浴場までとても近い。 近くにスーパーや薬局があり、大型スーパーへも徒歩圏内。 オールドサンファンまで、バスで40分弱かかるけど、バスは無料。ただし、バスは、いつ来るか分からない。

コーヒーメーカーがあるのに、コーヒーカップがない。 フォークがない。 バスマットがない。 エアコンがうるさい。 シャワーが固定されているので下半身にシャワーを当てられない。 2日間敷地に入る鍵でドアを開けられなかった。 電話連絡ができない。 メッセージの返事が遅い。 宿泊の延長をお願いし、了解してもらっていたのに、2日前に調整できないと言われ、その確認の連絡をするも、返事が遅く、イベントと重なったこともあり、評価の低いホテルでも、一泊300ドル以下で探すことができず、大きな損失となった。

El servicio al cliente fue excelente.

Considero que por costo y accesibilidad del lugar deberían invertir un poco más en lo que seria las facilidades.

Just the location (even tho is right next to a strip club and very loud) you are just a block from the beach and restaurants.

The cleaning was very poor. I found dirty socks and other items behind the bed, which almost made me vomit, and from that moment I started feeling gross and uncomfortable. The towels and sheets didn’t smell good at all. The bathroom looked clean, at least. The beach chairs were not in the best condition, though they still worked, but the umbrella didn’t work at all.

The shower curtain liner has mold ( black). It was not clean.
