Place was clean. Location was great. Beach was 5 minutes away. Lots of businesses to eat.

The room was clean.

The hot water turns off during showers. No hot water in sinks. The internet was slow & the tv was buffering a lot or freezing up. Too noisy with loud / drunk tenants from other apts with no police control. Plus some construction noises in the early morning hours in back of the complex. Tight parking lot.
