Sentral View Hotel Bintulu

Location is good. I was Bintulu to attend church meeting. This hotel just few minutes away to my church. Also near many eatery, grocery and beach.

Bathroom was dirty, full of mold. Aircond leak like a rain. It’s a shame if can maintain and clean properly, still a good hotel value to stay. No smoking is no smoking. No smoke detector I. Hotel room.

Some rooms are smelly.

The bed & mattress is very comfortable

The table inside the room is quite short & quite uncomfortable to do work on the table.

Location and basement parking. But limited space

The soundproofing was bad. The air conditioning unit was too loud. I could clearly hear the loud compressor unit from the room. Although I was stayed on the highest floor, Level 4, I could still hear motorcycles passing by. It resulted in a sleepless night as I kept waking up due to the noisy environment. Housekeeping, please take note. I’m not sure how your team does quality checks, but I was provided with a used plastic stirrer that still had coffee stains on it. Housekeeping perhaps did not even care to check. This poses a serious health hazard. If something this important can be overlooked, I wonder about the overall hygiene of the room. The room smells like someone is burning incense.

Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Tv, safe, fridge, and kettle worked. Beds were decent. Parking available. Close to shops.

Not much other amenities beyond your room.
