"Estancia agradble de 1 mes en boston"

7.0

"Very good"

8.0

For the location, Copley place can't be beat! Bed was super comfortable. They tried to provide all the amenities needed for a long stay. Prices in Boston are crazy, for such wonderful location, Copley place is a great deal! What topped the cake was the wonderful hospitality of the receptionist Sophia. She was delightful!

The sound proofing of the rooms were horrible. I had a particularly loud neighbor upstairs, I can hear all his heavy walking and music.

"Unbeatable location (albeit not so comfortable) stay in the Back Bay"

7.0

The house is located in the Back Bay, which is one of the most iconic Boston neighborhoods. It is also right next to green areas which make it a nice place to stroll around in the evenings (very safe area as well). Close by Newbury Street and the Prudential shopping center, so pretty much an unbeatable location (bus and T stops just 10min walk away).

The rooms are much smaller than what they look in photos, in ours in particular the bed was squished between two walls making it very annoying to make the bed and to get in and out of it. There was no cleaning included, you had to pay extra (30 dollars), even if you were staying long (we stayed for 20+ days). There is only one washing machine on premises. The apartment comes with no closet space and also no fume hood for the kitchenette (meaning no cooking without the fire alarm going off).

"Ok value for money since Boston is very expensice"

7.0

Nice size apartment for 1 person for some weeks stay. Convenient location, ok neighborhood, close to train station, small grocery shop and dry cleaner around the corner. Laundry and dryer facility on basement floor - nice, fast, convenient and clean. Not much noise from neighbours.

Several things in the apartment needed fixing - like refrigerator door didn't close without some force, one hob on stove did not work, no dishwasher or water kettle. Windows were one glass and the frames were very old and fell in the apartment when opened and could easily be "entered from outside" which was quite uncomfortable. The latter were "fixed with some screws" at my demand, but no more happened to that repair during the month I stayed there. My apartment faced the street and park and it was very noisy (cars driving, ambulances, fire trucks), basketball court in the park (constant ball bounce) and yelling and screaming in the park most of the night (homeless people I assume). Earplugs is a must to get some sleep. There were no cleaning items - chance of linen, towel and a little cleaning 35 dollars each time.
