"This was a terrible and frustrating travel experience."

The breakfast choices are poor, and the food is terrible.

The receptionist at check-in had a terrible attitude and spoke very rudely. Also, after booking through Booking.com, we were not allowed to change the reservation dates. No refund was offered, and we were required to make a new booking instead. For this 3-day, 2-night trip with 3 rooms, we ended up losing a total of NT$90,000. Overall, it became a very disappointing and frustrating experience with Booking.com.

"Stressful and restless"

Location

Had restless nights, woke up in sweat coz aircon was not functioning well. Reported it 3x but not fixed and at times not addressed. Food was salty and greasy. Restaurant at breakfast forgot to deliver soft boil egg request, the only food we wanted to eat. Straight up bar had bad service and their gym was blowing 30C air.
