Breakfast was good. Dinner buffet was great for the price! Location was great. Rooms were nice. Bathrooms could be better. We got 2 rooms

Staff seemed to lack training in terms of communication and customer service for a Seda Hotel and in BGC which is quite unexpected because we thought this location would be extra professional since it is in BGC and a business hotel of sorts. We have had more professional, and warm service from staff at Vertis North,

"Good location and quite rooms"

Location in BGC is very good. I stayed for 2 nights on the upper floor - the room was very spacious, good size living room, comfy bed and massive bathroom. Location is very quite and relaxing despite being spot on the middle of BGC. Breakfast is a dream with a good selection of hot food, soup, bread and fruits. Staff are very friendly and accommodating.
