Noema Seafront House Lipsi

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt auf Lipsi. Die Terrasse lädt zum Faulenzen und Genießen ein, die Restaurants und die Weinbar sind auch gleich um die Ecke, man kann aber auch selbst kochen. Die Zimmer sind großzügig geschnitten, insbesondere der zusammenhängende Küchen- und Wohnzimmerbereich. Das Bad ist sauber, Handtücher sind vorhanden und sogar eine Waschmaschine. Chris hat uns in Empfang genommen, Tipps für den Aufenthalt gegeben und stand für Fragen zur Verfügung.

Lediglich für sehr große Menschen ist die geringe Höhe der Türen problematisch.

Πολύ κεντρική τοποθεσία. Άνετο στρώμα. Ευγενικοί οικοδεσπότες. Καλές παροχές (καφετιέρα, σεσουάρ, πλυντήριο, μπατονέτες στο μπάνιο, σύγχρονα κλιματιστικά). Άνετοι χώροι για 4 άτομα.

Στο μπροστά υπνοδωμάτιο δεν υπάρχει κουρτίνα. Μόνο εξωτερικά εξώφυλλα, τα οποία για να τα κλείσεις έπρεπε να βγεις έξω, αλλιώς σε έβλεπαν όλοι οι περαστικοί. Η κεντρική κολώνα έχει ρωγμή λόγω αποτίναξης του οπλισμού της από ενανθράκωση. Δεν υπήρχε σφουγγαράκι για τα πιάτα, οπότε τα καθαριζαμε με το χέρι.

Location and great facilities.

This is a new, beautiful, comfortable property in a great position. Property had all amenities listed and was very spacious. With thanks to Chris for the awesome stay.

It was in an excellent location in the harbour, overlooking the water, only a couple of minutes walk to restaurants. The house was spacious, well equipped and contemporary.

The property was spacious with a good waterfront view. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was well designed and the kitchen/living area was well fitted out.

Bedside lockers on both sides of the bed would have been nice, instead of on one side only. A chest of drawers would also be useful. Desire these small shortcomings, I would rent the property again.

Lovely and polite host, absolutely responsive. The apartment is spotless, 5 minutes walking distance from restaurants and bar and very well decorated. Great value

Nice spacious bedrooms, big living space. Very nice porch, everything is new.
