Hotel needs slight renovation

Needs some refurbishment
SANothing much but the staff agreed to provide us breakfast before their usual time. So thanks to them.
It is an old property which is not well managed. The accessories and amenities were match able to even 2 star hotel. Staff is not well trained. They provided one key for the room to turn on the lights only and when I asked to provide another key, the receptionist asked why do I need another key if my wife is in the room. Overall pathetic customer service and I recommend them taking some training from hotels who are just one hour drive away in Lahore.
PKPKTv in the room wasn’t smart, checkin n out procedure was too long and the bathroom door was not clean. The mirror of the door need to be changed
