There's none i would recommend for this hotel, just avoid it!

1/5 – Extremely Disappointing and Misleading Experience I booked Collection O Downtown Hotel in Pekanbaru for a family staycation with my four sons. Since I live in the city, my main purpose was simple: enjoy the swimming pool, have breakfast, and spend quality time with my kids before checkout. I chose this hotel on Booking.com because the swimming pool photos looked beautiful, and I even booked their most expensive room, the Family Suite. The disappointment started as soon as we arrived. The hotel looked nothing like the photos online. From the parking area, the property appeared old, poorly maintained, and far below expectations. At check-in, I asked about the swimming pool, only to be told by the receptionist that it had been closed and non-operational for two years. My children were standing next to me and heard the news themselves. They were heartbroken, and so was I. I honestly cannot understand how the hotel continues to advertise attractive swimming pool photos when the facility has not been operating for two years. The pool was the main reason I booked this hotel. This feels extremely misleading and cost us our time, money, and what was supposed to be a special day together. The room itself was also disappointing. There were broken and missing cupboard doors, and the overall condition suggested a lack of maintenance. I even took photos of the damage. Looking at the state of the room, I found myself wondering whether basic housekeeping standards, including changing bed sheets and bed covers, were being properly maintained. Breakfast was another letdown. It was apparently ordered from outside the hotel, and we had to wait until around 8 AM for it to arrive. When we tried to sit in the restaurant while waiting, we were told to leave because breakfast was not being served there. What upset me most was not that the hotel is old, but that important information is not being accurately presented to guests.

Big hotel but not clean

Nothing. We didnt stay here coz its far from the city & were being charged full amount. Despite the courtesy to come all the way there to cancel it & they have confirmes that there will be no cancellation charges. We were being charged after coming back to our home country.

We went all the way from the airport to the property & only found out it is very far from the nearest city. My mom only read the review in this website which are saying the property is nearby nearest city.
