Shell Villa apartel resort

Very impressed by the hospitality of the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure that I had a great time in Palau; Nothing was too much trouble. Special shout out to May Di for all her help during my stay. The room was very clean, equipped with all the amenities of a typical hotel room. There’s also a communal kitchen in each block with stoves, cooking appliances and drinkable water for top-up. The breakfast terrace offers a great view of the ocean.

Just a bit far from the town (a short drive away, but to far to walk for a meal or errands) which necessitates renting a car for most visitors. No pool.

In realtà la struttura potrebbe essere molto più carina, le stanze sono accoglienti e belle ma dei dettagli andrebbero curati.

Very nice room and always clean. Kitchen right outside, so very convenient. Staff were very kind too and also did their best to give useful information. The breakfast was simple but good and there is a very impressive view from the roof where you eat it. The carpark is also spacious.

Not really the hotel's fault, but if you don't have a car, the location is slightly tricky to walk to. The road to Koror is mostly fine with a pavement, but there is maybe a 400m stretch after you leave the Shell Villa where you have to be very careful as there are winding roads and not a lot of space for pedestrians. I hired a car after a day here because of this.

Location was a bit far from the main downtown Koror area.

The staff was the only good thing about this property very gentle and kind.

Everything was dirty, damaged, we had cockroaches, spiders, no internet in our room, literally everything was terrible. Bad smell in the rooms the toilet dirty, I don’t even know how do they have this score in Booking

The good, warm, calm and nice time, that i spend there. The staff is very helpful. I really enjoy time that I spend there and will miss it.
