"Apart from the statement above about smoking and non-smoking room my day was good maybe the only things everybody will b"

Location, comfort

Smoking room ( when I arrived at 1am ) claiming they have none of None smoking room (I couldn’t really take that room from the smell of the smoking and I told them my allergy from smoking then I move to another floor which is has non-smoking room) so the claim they said was not valid !!!
