Toimiva kylpyhuone, erinomainen suihku, myös sadesuihku. Yhteydenpito ja avuliaisuus omistajan kanssa oli helppoa ja nopeaa. Tv:stä oli helppo katsoa apin kautta suomalaisiakin ohjelmia, esim. Ruutu.fi. Ilmastointi toimi täydellidesti!
