Stunning location, great setup especially the play area for the kids which they loved. We really enjoyed our stay soaking up the beautiful views and being surrounded by all the farm animals. Rhys, Jane & Jackie were great hosts, thank you and we will be back.

"Breath-taking views of lake Bala and the mountains, lovely hosts and a spacious house."

I recently stayed at the farmhouse with family and children in August 2024. A truly wonderful experience. The farmhouse is located in the hills overlooking lake Bala. Easily accessible, but transformative once we were there. The bedrooms were comfortable, the kitchen was well kitted out, the house felt secure. The hosts Jackie and Rhys are wonderful people - really hospitable and responsive to all questions and needs. The garden area is a lovely touch - the kids were playing there the whole time, whilst we grilled burgers on the barbecue over looking the lake and watching the livestock at a touching distance.
