Very lovely check in staff - quick and simple check in and out process. There’s so much space considering it’s a studio apartment - would easily fit a family in. Fab kitchen facilities just wish there was a hob! Appreciated the toiletries in the bathroom also.

It can get a bit noisy in the evening and early morning with vehicles and passers by so be prepared to bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper.

The flat was spacious and centrally located, it was clean and tidy.

It was a bit noisy from the apartment above at 4am in the morning and there were no USB sockets.

Great location, very spacious, hosts/staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice free selection of coffee and tea as well, and plenty of great places nearby for breakfast. Super close to the Jet terminal.

Bath was quite slippery! Be careful when using it. The bed was rock hard which meant I didn't get a good nights sleep, but that seems true for just about everywhere these days.

TV didn’t work. Just kept saying ‘loading’ 2 towels were so stained and dirty they were not usable. Side lamp broken No teaspoons Kitchen cupboard which contained mop and bucket absolutely filthy No tea towel in the kitchenette Ironing board stained and dirty
