"Stay Downtown & NOT here. Is a clean hotel hard to ask for? Especially a HYATT!!"

The overall hotel was nice but not ultra clean. The front door to my room had major finger prints as did the elevators. They didn’t keep the lounge area by the pool or gym tidy EVER during my entire stay despite many worker bees milling around. Sad but true. The location is not great either. My Trejo Advisor tour said we were out of the central ZONE. That’s because there is nothing here but a dated mall that has many empty shops. Stay downtown by the cathedral if you want easy shopping and things to do without having to constantly take Ubers or cabs.

Staff was nice and breakfast was AMAZING!!

"Comfortable Stay in San Salvador"

The staff, especially Valeria, were very helpful in getting us checked in. The room was comfortable and up to Hyatt Centric standards. The facilities were nice and well maintained. The breakfast was excellent and the restaurant staff were kind and attentive. The hotel is located near a number of malls. The location is within a manageable driving distance of many tourist attractions. Parking at the hotel was easy.

Minor points, but the pool is not acclimatized and is cold even when it is warm outside. It would have been helpful to have room service menus inside the rooms to accommodate orders. While this may be related to the busy season, rooms were not ready right at check-in time, though they were ready shortly after.
