Good price and the host was really kind. She answered every time I wrote her and all the indications were good.

Unfortunately the building itself is located in a not so good location. The window does not close completely

The staff not really helpful. Too much arguing since beginning we came this hotel. Hard to find the car parking even got instructions. Ask the Chinese lady, but she also give wrong way. Luckily guard help me a lot. And not really recommended this place coz too far from lift. And just because the towel I used, got color, she keep arguing and ask for money to claimed. For me, money it's doesn't matter. But what point u keep blaming the guest just because small matter then claimed I do damaged thing inside room? Used extra bed also can consider as damaged? Very bad attitude? If I knew, I will not booked this room cozy square A3(ii) , just because of small issue, really dissapoited with the servis!if we not really care bout cleanliness, we can put rubbish just like that.,not keep properly with plastic bag. Very bad! Just because the cheaper towel,really spoilt my mood.!

Location was about 15min drive from the Kuching International Airport. Easy to fetch grab. The property size was small. Enough for 3 adults but to be more comfortable, better for 2 adults only. All facilities stated was there and can be used. Owner was very friendly and guided well throughout our stays.

Everything is fine

The room is clean. The location is strategic. The owner is prepared some snacks. The room also included Wifi. Overall good, will come back next time.
