Capucines Hotel Saint Tropez

Hôtel Capucines presents itself as a 4-star property, but in reality it feels closer to 2 stars. The hotel is outdated, poorly maintained, and in desperate need of renovation, with rooms and services that do not match the luxury prices charged.

Some staff tried to be helpful, but overall the service was inexperienced and unprofessional. The Family Suite was acceptable, but the second room was extremely hot as it had no AC. We had to crank out the one unit to the max to get the whole space cooled. Water and coffee were never replenished, and when asked, we were told to collect them ourselves. Hygiene was also questionable — including finding a spider on the bed. Breakfast was minimal and uninspired, we just skipped the breakfast as it was so unappealing. Fat better 4-star accommodation- Hôtel la bastide d'Antoine _ with excellent food and staff is available literally across the street for pretty much the same price.

Camera vetusta e piccola. Biancheria vecchia e di bassa qualità. No servizi da hotel. Stanze non isolate,si sentono tutti i rumori delle camere vicine. Pessimo rapporto qualità/prezzo

Breakfast was really poor quality and the bed were really uncomfortable pillows ect.
