"Hotel location , staff, prices - good. Facilities - poorer than before."

Staff are very helpful and friendly. Location is good.

The hotel did not provide bath/shower gel. They provide only small rounded soap only. They said this soap is for using as shower soap. Normally I use this soap for washing the hands only. Not good to use for body shower.

"freezing shower water"

the water in the shower were freezing. after we complained and switched rooms the water were still freezing and we gave up.
