Location and day staff

Night staff member who served us on our late arrival, was a bit moody and the room had no way to cool it. Had to ask for a fan.

Amazing location - right on the seafront Super buffet breakfast - really wide choice of different things. Great location - short walk to all local amenities. Lovely bar area, terrace and gardens to enjoy

Parking was £6/day - not much, I agree, but couldn't they have comped that considering all the other money you were going to spend? And I do feel that £5.50 for 300ml of alcohol-free Carlsberg is over-priced!

Great position for visiting all aspects of the town. Service was good and the buffet breakfast was great. Electric fan in room was needed.

A bit tired and needs a bit of a refresh. Sash windows in my room were broken so had a block of wood to put between the window and frame to keep th3 window slightly ajar on a hot night. Not impressed. Also has to pay to park my car .

Location and friendly staff. Parking on site.

Very old and run down. Breakfast was served (wrong word, presented) in a grand state room. Breakfast was a buffet style laid out on side tables with hot food on a mobile electric counter. The lift was old small and took forever to present itself at the called for levels. The room was located directly above and adjacent to the large kitchen fans, which as explained to me after requesting a room change “it will switch off after dinner”. This was actually quite late when they were switched off, and were very early morning switched back on again in prep for breakfast. Warm day windows open, might as well been sleeping on the roof of the fans. Not good.
