Tesla Apartment URBAN STAY

Hi. The property is very spacious - There is paid street parking in front of the property - but a 3 minutes walk we were able to find free street parking. Its very nice that both bedrooms have the windows to the interior yard of the building, not the main street so its quiet. The living room is spacious. The wi-fi was very good, high speed and reliable throught a works day. The apartment is 4 minutes walk from the Tesla Museum and 25 minutes from downtown but tram is very close by.

Nothing to complain about.

Kein Parken inklusive, Betten waren etwas hart

Bivali smo med Božičem in Novim letom. V stanovanju je bilo vroče, da smo morali zmanjšati gretje. Prikladno tudi za tiste ki jih po navadi zebe. Tramvajsko postajališče je 3-5 min stran.

Težava je s parkiranjem čez dan, če želiš imeti avto blizu. Drugače je prazno parkirišče peš 10 minut stran (blizu Magazinska ulica 7). Ampak je tramvaj 3 minuta daleč in je avto povsem odveč.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Felt like home for the four days we stayed here. The apartment was warm and cozy, and we immediately felt comfortable. The location is great — close to everything, including supermarkets and the city center. Check-in was very smooth and contactless, and the apartment was already ready before 16:00, which we really appreciated. We spent Christmas there, and it was the perfect place for a relaxed and cozy holiday. Highly recommended!

We wanted to visit the Xmas Markets the location was perfect as you can see all of them in 15 to 20 mins walk. The apartment has everything you need and is very comfortable.

The facade and the common parts of the building could be more clean and organised. Since there is no parking the name of the paying parking would have saved us going round in circles to find it.

Es war nicht sauber, die Bettwäsche und die Kissen wurden schon seit längerem nicht mehr gewaschen.

Very spacious and comfortable apartment. There is everything you need. The price is good and the position is ok (just a bit difficult to find a parking space).
