Dino est adorable. Petit dej parfait. Décor de l'établissement incroyable. Accueil avec un repas offert en plein après-midi très appréciable.

La salle de bain serait vraiment à refaire et le matelas à ressort à changer.

The amazing warm welcome on arrival from Dino and Antonio. To be greeted with a lovely light dinner and drinks was a lovely touch after a days travel. The beautiful glamorous interior and pool area and the handy location for exploring the area(with a car)

Mattress was a little uncomfortable, just because I could feel the springs. Not a dislike, just that we didn't have a little kitchen area that we thought we would when we booked (Viviana suite). That said Dino provided a kettle on request and that was mainly what we required. Just a bit awkward washing cups and plates in the bathroom sink . It's a really minor thing.

Nous sommes restés 11 nuits Les extérieurs incroyables et souvent que pour nous L’homme de service Dino et le propriétaire Antonio incroyables La propreté incroyable Nous avons été surclassé durant le séjour car la daniela était disponible. Chambre Daniel très agréable et très jolie Le petit déjeuner qui change un peu chaque jour, délicieux, qui est soigné par Dino. Même la vaisselle et la table change chaque jour

Il nous a été promis par le manager Fernando de recevoir un lit bébé de 10 mois à notre arrivée en chambre aucun lit adapté ne nous est fourni et aucun solution proposée. Arrivée à l’heure de la sieste qui plus est. Notre bébé a du dormir par terre, dans un espace que nous avons créé pour cette sieste. Nous avons dû aller acheter un lit expressément pour le séjour alors que nous en avions un en Belgique nous ne l’avons pas apporté étant donné la promesse Fernando nous déclare ensuite qu’il n’était pas obligé de nous mettre de lit, que c’était par gentillesse qu’il avait accepté. Il a ensuite refuse de nous racheter le lit et matelas que nous avons laissé la bas. Individuelle scandaleux lors des communications, nous n’avons pas les mots Autre chose : des fêtes sont organisées dans la résidence nous sommes tombé sur un jour de fête durant notre séjour nous étions comme dans les toilettes d’une boîte de nuit heureusement bébé ne s’est pas réveillé

Tout, la deco creative, raffinée, délicieusement baroque et chaleureuse, le volume de la suite, la piscine turquoise , le jardin… Le tout avec un service impeccable. Excellent rapport qualité-prix.

Dino couldn’t have done more for us, he worked so hard to ensure we had a fantastic stay. Thank you for everything you did and your breakfasts were delicious.

It started even before we checked-in, 2 days before we find out that the dog was not allowed anymore. Just out of the blue the owner changed his mind. We called booking.com and informed about this. They took care of this and on the day of the check-in they tried to put us in a sort of 1 guest room instead the house, with 2 bedroom & 2 bathroom that we booked and paid for. Again called booking.com about this and eventually they put us in the house. The booking was breakfast included however the breakfast was well you can't call it breakfast. For 2 person we got 1 croissant and 1 sweet pastry and some fruit, so we had to cut it in halves for each of us and got only 1 coffee. For the 2nd coffee we had to pay. Also we saw the owner walking around and on our day 3 he was giving a private dinner party in the garden. He did invite us but it all didn't feel right. If we had known all this we would not have book this place.
